Vidyasagar Pharmaceutical College of Education under which D. Pharm got affiiated by (WBSCTVESD) West Bengal State Council of Technical & Vocational Education and Skill Development, a Statutory Body under Government of West Bengal Act XXVI of 2013 and approved by (PCI) Pharmacy Council of India. B.Pharm got affiliated and approved by Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and West Bengal University of Health Sciences (WBUHS). It is proud of its own journey and also of its own library. The library uses DDC 23rd edition.
The library has more than 3000 books including reference books and a good number of journals/magazines in our Institute. At present, the Library Subscribes to about 8 print journals. The library access only medical science related books. Always try to hold up its teaching learning process as well as research culture among faculties, students and staff members. The library provides open access to all teachers, staff and students through OPAC system. There is seating capacity of 60 students and also with scope of internet surfing and a separate Career Counseling Corner with books and journals related to employment inspire the students of this backward area to be library centric.
